Return & Refund Policy

1. We are happy to offer 30 days free returns on all orders. If you would like to return an item, please email us at hello@olaotter.com or marketing@olaotter.com , and we will send you the return label.

   Conditions for a Return

   1. Please send us a photo of the product so we can check that it's in proper condition.
   2. All clothing labels must still be attached to the item.
   3. Once you initiate a return by email, one of our team members will contact you over a call.
   4. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. If everything checks out, your refund will be initiated within 3-4 business days.

   
   How Your Refund Is Issued

   You can choose to be refunded as store credit, with no deductions, or back to your original payment method, which carries a flat $5 restocking fee.

   We follow these steps because a baby's skin is sensitive, and we want to make sure a returned product never causes a problem for the next family who receives it.
