Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you may return any item within 15 days of receiving it. Please make sure the item is in the same condition as when it was shipped.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. If we determine that the product has a genuine defect, a full refund will be issued.

Steps to Return a Product:

2. We will send you a return shipping label. You can drop off the item at your nearest return location.
3. Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition.
4. We will contact you and issue a refund for the amount owed, based on the item’s condition and reason for return.
5. Refunds can be processed via our website, PayPal, check, or credit card, whichever method you prefer.
6. You should receive your refund within 5–7 business days after we issue it.
