Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?

Everything ships from our own warehouse in the United States, not from overseas, so domestic orders move quickly rather than sitting in customs for three weeks. Shipping is free on orders over $40 and $10 flat below that.

What is your returns policy?

Returns are free within 15 days of delivery and we send you a prepaid label — you do not pay to send something back. If you are caught between two sizes, the simplest thing is to order both and return the one that does not fit.

What size will best suit my child?

Every product page links to a size chart for that specific garment, with chest, length and age measurements in both inches and centimetres. The measurements are of the garment laid flat, not of the child.

Our pieces are cut with room to move rather than to a slim silhouette, so if your little one is between two sizes, take the larger one. It will not swamp them, and it lasts a good deal longer.

What is organic cotton exactly, and what makes it better?

Organic cotton is cultivated without genetically modified seeds or synthetic chemicals such as fertilisers and pesticides. That makes it safer for the environment, for the people growing and handling it, and ultimately for whoever wears it.

Free of harsh chemical residues, organic cotton is gentle on baby skin and less likely to irritate.

What does GOTS-certified mean?

GOTS is the Global Organic Textile Standard. Unlike a certificate that covers only the farm, GOTS follows the fibre the whole way — through spinning, dyeing and finishing — and audits the dyes and the working conditions along with the cotton. When we say GOTS-certified, we mean the finished garment, not just the raw material.

Are your products pre-shrunk?

Our clothing does not come pre-shrunk, though we would not want you to worry too much about it. All cotton shrinks a little naturally. As a best practice, keep our pieces away from high heat and you will avoid any excessive shrinkage.

Will the colours or prints fade when washed?

From the fabric to the dyes we keep it natural, so a little softening of colour over time is normal. Two easy habits keep the prints and colours strong:

• Wash without potent detergents, and avoid bleach altogether
• Tumble dry on low

How should I care for the clothes?

A few small things keep our clothing durable and its colours strong:

• Use gentler detergents
• Wash in cold water
• Tumble dry on low
• Cool iron inside out to protect the print

Do your products comply with testing standards?

Yes. We have made it our mission to keep families happy and safe, and our products comply with all applicable testing standards.

Can the colour differ from the product photograph?

A slight variation is possible. Colours look different depending on your screen’s settings and on the lighting conditions during the photoshoot. If a piece arrives and the shade is not what you expected, our free 15-day returns cover it.
